Maxfire igniters
Maxfire is the world’s first 1.4S category pyrotechnic ignition system.
No other system in the world can offer this versatility in the pyrotechnic industry. Primer heat and pressure are essential to the performance of non-detonating cartridges. Maxfire’s initiation capability is the most powerful currently available on the global market, and this feature improves the reliability and efficiency of the Royex cartridge, making it more powerful and deflagrating than other similar systems.
Use of electric or shockwave detonators
The certified connection system also allows the igniter to be changed by inserting electric or shock wave detonators.
These are connected and secured to the Royex cartridge using a screw (butterfly) fastening system that connects smoothly with the cartridge. The connection is secure and waterproof, ensuring that the igniter is firmly connected and in place in the cartridge during loading and studding operations.Classification information
